Richard Fletcher Confirmed Deceased

The decades long search for Richard Fletcher has reached a sad end. Mr Fletcher's death in 1993 has at last been confirmed. It had been hoped that Mr. Fletcher could personally offer some valuable information about the Winecoff Fire. Hope remains that he may have left writings or stories with family or friends.
